- Return Policy

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We actually want you to be happy! And it’s totally cool with us! Just return the product in the same condition you received it in within 7 days of the sale date, and we’ll be more than happy to issue you a refund*. Of course, this means unused. If you opened the package, it’s considered used. If you touched the food just to see how it feels, still used. If you got hungry and took a little bite, definitely still used. If your dog took a little bite, most definitely still used. Please note, if you order more than one unit of the same product, we cannot accept return for the similar unopened units.

As for how long it takes to receive that refund, we’re usually pretty quick and process credits and returns within roughly 7-10 days of receipt. Just contact us at info@market4dc.com comand we’ll provide you with simple return instructions. (Complicated instructions available upon request.)

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept return for perishable items. All damage and lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Corporate and bulk quantities are not covered under our return policy. If carrier is able to provide proof of scan, refunds or replacements will not be available. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

- Where do you ship?

Everywhere in the good ol’ US of A, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

At this time, we unfortunately don’t ship internationally.

- How to check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the necessary info you need. If you’d like to check further on your order, just email us and we’ll be happy to give you an update.

- Can I suggest a product?

Yes, we love suggestions! If you have one, we’re all ears. If you have many, we’re even more ears! After all, we’re here to bring you the foods and snacks you love, and that means getting your input when it comes to which products to carry.
